When playing Teemo in Baron lane, build Nashor’s Tooth as your first item as it will grant 70 ability power and 50% attack speed with 25 ability haste. After building the first item, buy boots of Lucidity or Gluttonous Greaves for movement speed.

If you are playing against squishy champions like Fiora, Kennen, or Wukong, then build Rabadon’s Deathcap as the third item. It will grant you 130 ability power and increases your ability to power up to 40%.

Deals 70 Magic Damage (70+ 60% AP) and blinds the target for 1.25 seconds. Attacks from blinded enemies will miss their target, dealing no damage and failing to apply on-hit effects.  Cooldown: 8 Seconds Mana: 75

3. Move Quick (Second Ability)

Move Quick

Passive: Teemo gains 10% additional movement speed if an enemy champion or structure has not damaged teemo in the last 5 seconds. Active: Rolls a short distance forward and sprints for 3 seconds. During this time, move quick’s bonus is doubled and cannot be removed by damage. Cooldown: 17 Seconds Mana: 40

4. Guerrilla Warfare (Third Ability)

After a delay, become camouflaged. Moving outside brush for more than 3 seconds ends this effect.  After exiting a camouflaged, gains 30% attack speed for 3 seconds.  Camouflage: Hide from champions by keeping them out of the teemo’s detection radius. Enemy Turrets reveals the camouflaged units near them. Attacks and offensive ability ends the camouflage early.

5. Noxious Trap (Ultimate)

Tosses a stored mushroom as a trap that detonates if an enemy steps on it, dealing 100 magic damage (100+30% AP) and creating a poisonous puddle that deals 150 magic damage (150+ 45% AP) over 3 seconds. Enemies within the puddle are also slowed by 40%.  Traps last 2 minutes and take 1 second to arm and stealth up. Up to 3 traps can be held at once. If throws trap lands on another trap, it will bounce up to 3 teemos further before planting.

In Wild Rift, Teemo commonly played in a baron lane and sometimes in a mid lane. Teemo is a very squishy champion, so your main objective when playing as a Teemo is to plant your mushroom traps in key areas and eliminate enemies AD Carry using your guerilla warfare. 1. Place Noxious traps (Mushrooms) in baron and dragon pits and area near it. 
2. Noxious traps also provide a small vision of that area, so try to place traps in enemy jungle and enemies entry and exit points near Baron and dragon area. 
3. Do not place traps near each other as if your enemies buy sweeper(oracle) then they won’t be able clear out all your traps. 
4. Always use guerilla welfare before attacking the enemies for surprise element and use your first ability(Blind dart) to start an attack. 
5. Only use your second ability to chase enemies or to move out of the combat. 
6. You can also use your Noxious trap to clear the minion wave.
