When you are playing against champions with lots of armor, then try to Build Void staff as your second or third item as it provides 70 ability power with 40% magic penetration. You can also build Liandry’s Torment instead of Rabadon’s Deathcap as it will provide 90 ability power and ability attack also deal 1% of enemy’s max health as a bonus magic damage over 3 seconds.

1. Passive Skill

Demon Shade

Evelynn enters in a demon shade after not attacking or taking damage for 4 seconds. Taking damage from turret or enemy champion puts a demon shade on a 1.5-second cooldown. In demon shade, Evelynn regenerates 17 health (17+10% magic health) per second when she is below 320 health after level 5 demon shade gives her camouflage.

Evelynn unleashes the two-line spikes, dealing 45 magic damage (45+ 40% magic damage) each to all enemies struck. Evelynn can re-cast it within 4 seconds.

3. Allure (Second Ability)

Allure

Curses a target enemy champion or monster for 5 seconds. Evelynn’s next attack or ability will expunge the curse and slow them by 65% for 1.25 seconds. If the curse lasts for at least 2.5 seconds, expunging it will charm the target for 1.25 seconds. If the target is a champion, shred their magic resist by 20% for 4 seconds.

4. Whiplash (Third Ability)

Evelynn whips the target with lashers, applying on-hit effects and dealing magic damage equal to 55 plus 3% (3% + 0.015% ability) of their max health. After dealing the damage, Evelynn gains 30% movement speed for 2 seconds. Entering demon shade enchases the next cast to pull Evelynn to her target, dealing increased magic damage 75 plus 5% (5% + 0.02% magic damage) of their max health to all the enemy in the way.

5. Last Caress (Ultimate)

Evelynn briefly goes untargetable and decimates the area in front of her before warping backward a long distance. Deals 120 magic damage (120 + 75% magic damage), damage increase to 250% for the enemies below 35% health.

4. Always use your second ability (Allure) before engaging. It can debuff your target, such as slowing them down, charm cc, reducing magic resist, and allowing Evelynn to inflict more damage to the target affected by this skill.
