Ability power modifiers in Wild Rift:
1. Magic penetration
Magic penetration increases the effect of abilities and spells used on enemy champion by negating the portion magic resist enemy champion have. This is very effective if the enemy champion has bought the items that provide magic resists.
2. Cooldown Reduction
Cooldown Reduction is beneficial for the champions, which deals most of their damage using their abilities. Champions can only reduce their cooldown up to 40% using the items alone.
3. Mana
Mana is a resource consumed by champion when they use their abilities. If you champion consumes too much Mana then building the items which provide extra mana can help. There are some champions in a wild rift which does not consume mana like garen, lee sin, tryndamere.
